I am primarily a trial and litigation lawyer. I have conducted over 30 jury trials as lead counsel for either a Plaintiff or Defendant. I have participated in hundreds of non-jury trials, mediations and arbitrations in diverse areas of the law throughout Texas and New Mexico. If you need a courthouse lawyer who can help you solve a tough legal problem by suit or settlement, my experience since 1993 allows me to handle complex cases with confidence and skill. My office is currently located in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, where I am an associate of Bill Chappell, an AV-Rated 45+ year attorney peer-acknowledged as one of the best real estate lawyers in the state. Part of my law practice philosophy is that, to be a successful attorney, you must be involved in your community and demonstrate that you care about your clients. That’s why I have undertaken many pro bono and reduced fee commitments in the areas of fair housing law and the representation of children. Over the years I have been appointed by courts to represent over 100 children in various types of matters such as delinquency, personal injury, abuse or neglect and parental notification act cases. I have also served as a mediator for many types of disputes, and currently serve as an arbitrator on the New Mexico State Bar’s Fee Dispute Committee.
